As 2022 Comes to an End

My intentions were to get this out just before New Years Eve...and, well, Mother Nature threw us a curve ball and my hubs ended up working 40 hours in two days with only 5 hours of sleep.  Meanwhile, I am checking on him and making sure he and his crew are ok. Welcome 2023 - It's kinda like Mr. Toad's Wild Ride - but different. Any way, here is where I started...

Just a few more days to the end of 2022 and the beginning of 2023.  There are so very many things to be grateful for and lots of wonderful experiences and memories.

•. We spent my 60th birthday on the island of Kauai…my favorite place.

•. We travelled to Portugal for a little over two weeks. Tim swam in the Atlantic Ocean all around the beautiful Island of Madeira. While I rode on the boat or enjoyed my quiet time at the resort. What a fantastic experience.

•. I entered 5 quilts in the San Mateo County Fair and 3 of them took home awards.  Mind Blowing!!!

•. I was commissioned to make a quilt in memory of a Grandfather.  It was beautiful!

* My YouTube Channel became monetized and now I am earning a little passive income from that.

It has been a learning year for sure. 

Let's hope 2023 brings more joy, more smiles, more laughter, more light and more peace!
